- The contract exists between you and Tirupathi Tourism. Once we have received your booking form and the required deposit payment and we will sent you a confirmation/invoice. The terms and conditions apply to all passengers named on the booking form and the person signing the booking form warrants that he or she is authorised to do so. All correspondence will be conducted with the lead person named on the booking form.
- The advance is 50% of the total package cost. Full payment must be made within 7 days of departure. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply the relevant cancellation charges (detailed below) if we do not receive all payments at the due time.

Less than 3 days before the arrival date – 60% refund
Less than 7 days before the arrival date – 80% refund
- You understand that traveling may involve risks above & beyond those encountered on a conventional holiday, that you are undertaking a Divine trip. You could be traveling to different areas where, amongst other things, the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygienic, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications & infrastructure development may not be of the standard that you would be used to at home or would find on a conventional holiday. “Tirupathi Tourism.com” is free from any such liabilities connected to these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, delays and any other mishap during the event of the travel of the guest beyond their control.
- Tirupathi Tourism is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour.
- As more than fifty thousand pilgrims visit Sri Venkateswara Temple every day, TTD has organised efficient systems to ensure the smooth movement of pilgrims. Minimum time for Darshan to be completed is 2hrs and maximum could be 8-10 hours also. Which is absolutely not in our hands to create any comfort of altering the timings as it all depends on the crowd and TTD Administration.
- Non-Vegetarian, Alcohol, Smoking, Gutka, Drugs, Other illegal issues are strictly prohibited at Tirumala. So please cooperate with us to complete your Divine Trip.
- The Piligrims / Tourists should not carry any weapons like Guns, Pistols, Knifes, water heaters, etc. Any of these things found with you at the tollgate or checking points in Tirumala, it will not be our responsibility and you will be imprisoned.
- The Piligrims / Tourists going for Darshan Should not take any electronic gadgets like camera, Mobile, Pagers, Calculators, Ipod, Laptops etc.
- The Piligrims / Tourists are not supose to wear Shoes and go into any temple.
- Men should wear shirt, pants or dhoti & Women should wear Saree, or Chudidhars
- The Piligrims / Tourists should cooperate with our Tour guide to handle the group with ease and comfort at all levels and in all situations.
- The pilgrims / Tourists should provide us all the passenger information with name, age and sex.
- The pilgrims / Tourists should take care of their belongings by themselves during the tour and Tirupathi Tourism takes no responsibility for any misplacement, losses or damage for their belongings.
- Vehicles will not run A/C while going to Tirumala on ghat road for about 30 minutes and approximately 17km, Passengers should cooperate with us. As it is a journey in the ghat road there will be vomiting sensation and all passengers should cooperate and help each other to stop and go for all passengers’ convenience.
- The pilgrims / Tourists should bare the tollgate charges, parking charges, Darshan tickets as it is not included in the packages.
- Participation in our tours implies the tourist’s agreement to the above conditions.
